INCOME MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (I.B.I. SECTION) OF SEVILLE CITY COUNCIL
Below is the agreement adopted in File No. 14190/17 regarding the prescription of taxes, specifically the Real Estate Tax managed by the Seville City Council, dated February 2018. An appeal for replacement was filed against order of urgency in which I.B.I. (for the years 2012 and 2013) which, in the opinion of this office, were prescribed. Finally, as can be seen in the agreement, the appeal filed was upheld, thus declaring the alleged prescription and exonerating the taxpayer from the payment.
