ADMINISTRATIVE CONTENTIOUS JUDGMENT
Sentence No. 905/2022 of the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (Seville Headquarters) Contentious – Administrative Chamber is collected. First Section, against the management of urban planning and environment of the Hon. Seville City Council, for damages suffered by a client of our firm, in a patrimonial liability file.
The facts date back to December 2017, when our client suffered a fall on Av., Chiva city in Seville. The steel was missing two tiles around an EMASESA manhole cover and at the time of the incident the lighting in the area was poor. The Local Police itself reported the existing danger.
The ruling resolves in favor of our client to be compensated for injuries and sequelae, with an amount of €65,416.289, offered by the insurer on a subsidiary basis. To this, the respective legal interests will be added.
